Transforming lives by igniting hope
We’re in the middle of an incredibly busy time, and our resources are pushed to the limit.
In the Philippines families have been battered by several typhoons, including Super Typhoon Goni, which has already affected 2.1 million people. Families have endured so much in the last few weeks.
Another life-threatening storm, Hurricane Eta, wreaked havoc across several countries in Central America and the Caribbean. Hurricane Iota now threatens more catastrophic damage along a similar path.
We are actively preparing to respond in both regions.
Meanwhile our coronavirus response continues, supporting families who need shelter and essential items to protect themselves from the deadly virus. This month’s powerful storms are a stark reminder that disasters don’t stop for coronavirus.
Your support is needed now more than ever.
